Elite Facility Services, Inc. offers various facility management and maintenance services, including but not limited to janitorial, landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.

By using this Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

All fees and charges for services provided by Elite Facility Services, LLC. are due and payable according to the terms set forth in the applicable Service Agreement. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. If we change our pricing, we will provide notice of the change on the website or by email, at our option, at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

Cancellation and refund terms are set forth in the applicable Service Agreement between Elite Facility Services, LLC. and the client. Please refer to your Service Agreement for details regarding cancellation and refund policies.

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Elite Facility Services, LLC. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Elite Facility Services, LLC.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Elite Facility Services, LLC. Elite Facility Services, LLC. has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Elite Facility Services, LLC. shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall Elite Facility Services, LLC., its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
